To stay at my property, i expect honesty in your reservations; if you make reservation for two people, I expect two guests to sleep at the property and not over the amount that it was booked for. I will request additional charge of $70 more if there are more than two guests per day and $25 per pet if reservation was never made. I am steps away from this property so i will always know who enters the property . Property is located in the best and most convenient location in Springfield. It is very family oriented, very spacious, warm and most of all welcoming.
My home has a total of six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a formal dining room and of course a spacious kitchen . The kitchen has all your basic needs, such as coffee( k-cups), water and all kitchenwares. It also has a air fryer .
I have one of the six bedrooms located on the first floor for guests that have a difficult time taking the stairs. The sixth bedroom is located in the attic, that has a total of two beds( one full size and another twin), also I have a full shower also located on the first floor as well.
You also get your personal parking space in the driveway that fits up to three cars.
Each room has its own television that is well equipped with free Wi-Fi, free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, peacock and HBO max.
My home is a great place to host your birthday celebration with your friends and family. It is also a great place to host up to 12 people because air beds are also available if needed.
If you have pets, i have a large backyard to keep them busy which is fenced in to keep them safe .
The home is well secured with vector security, i have cameras on both front and back of the house .
This is a non smoking home, so i am asking you to respect my home. If you want to smoke, please use the deck area or the porch. If by any chance, this small ask is being ignored, you will be reported to vrbo.

Summary: We needed a place to stay in the area for our daughter's graduation from college. Beautiful old house with lovely wood floors and details on the door frames. The bedroom on the first floor is handy if you have someone in your group who needs to avoid stairs, and the bathroom is close by to this bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we appreciated the water in the fridge. The bedrooms on the second floor were comfortable and there's also a second bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also loved the front porch! Thanks!

Summary: We rented this house and enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable beds, very spacious for me and my family. It was 7 of us and we all had our own room and 2 full bathrooms exactly what I was looking for. The house is very nice, big back yard, nice front porch to enjoy the view. Mr. Salomi was available if you had any concerns or questions which is a big plus. I definitely would book again when I come back to Springfield. Thank you Mr. Salomi for such a beautiful house.

Summary: Salomi's Retreat is amazing! Perfect location for the casino and Six Flags. We went down in a group and there were plenty of comfortable, private bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with waters, coffee and other things. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The backyard is great for hanging out or BBQing. We plan on going back and can't wait to stay again!

Summary: We have booked this house for our summer holidays. We are from Germany and I was looking for a place, where you can be on your own and also to have the ability to cook. The house is a lovely old lady with a great charm. Everything was clean and we immediately loved it when we entered. The fridge was filled with soda and water, also coffee was there; so everything you could wish for. Salomi is a lovely host. Every question was answered within a few minutes and she made our stay fantastic. I have travelled a thousand places for business and this house came out amongst my top ten. If we ever want to visit New England again, we would definitely come back here.

Summary: The bathrooms smelled like urine and the downstairs one was very dirty. The beds we slept in smelled like someone just spayed them with lysol. There weren't mattress protectors on any of the beds. We wouldn't stay here again. The owner was responsive and the home has what is listed. The Tvs and such but it wasn't clean. I left at 5am after getting there around 10pm the night before. The smell was overpowering.

Summary: Salomi’s house is perfect for a big group of people, many bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathroom with great water pressure, and a nice deck to hang out outside. I had a few feedbacks regarding the kitchen which I shared with the host and she was very responsive. We had a great stay overall and would recommend her place to anyone visiting Springfield.
